A Mental Physical Can Revitalize your Management Team

While recurring coaching over a series of months is ideal to guide and mentor an employee as they progress through their development within an organization, a Mental Physical is an annual option that can be administered to employees. A Mental Physical can not only benchmark the client’s current perspective but will also assist in charting short, mid-range, and long-term goals.
A Mental Physical is recommended to be completed on an annual basis with an initial session and the follow up session to discuss findings and discuss action items that will be presented to their manager.
The components of the Corporate Mental Physical:
The desired outcome is improved job performance, increased job satisfaction, and renewed commitment to the partnership between employee and organization.
