Find calm in the middle of the chaos
Is It Supposed to Be This Hard?
You may have been called an “overthinker,” or perhaps you’ve felt paralyzed when faced with decisions, worried that any wrong step could have catastrophic consequences. People-pleasing feels exhausting, especially when the people you’re trying to make happy never seem satisfied. You notice your mind is constantly running, your body feels tense, and even rest doesn’t restore you. At times, you avoid social interaction altogether, staying in the small world you can control. Yet, deep down, you know you’re missing something.
This Isn’t What You Thought Adulthood Would Feel Like
For a long time, anxiety might have been manageable. You could laugh about it, brush off the teasing, or keep your feelings hidden when you were alone. But now it’s becoming overwhelming. What used to feel like “nerves” has grown into fear, dread, or paralysis. My clients often describe anxiety as an invisible force that controls their choices, relationships, and well-being.
Therapy may be right for you if you:
Identify as an overthinker
Constantly put others’ needs above your own
Struggle to trust your decisions
Avoid risks because they feel unsafe
Criticize yourself for every perceived mistake
Wanting to Become the Best Version of You
My goal is to help you manage anxiety and stress while uncovering the tools to be your best self, without added guilt or pressure.
Therapy with me is not about:
Telling you to change everything about yourself
Claiming you are perfect and expecting the world to adjust
Recommending costly resources you can’t afford
Solving all your challenges in one or two sessions
Therapy for anxiety is not about “fixing” you or telling you to change everything. Nor is it about pretending you’re perfect and the world should simply adjust. Instead, it’s about learning new tools, reshaping old patterns, and giving yourself permission to live without constant self-criticism.
Our first session will focus on your unique needs, whether that’s learning strategies to calm your body, practicing new ways to set boundaries, or reframing the stories that keep you stuck. I’ll challenge you, but I’ll also help you discover your own strengths so you can feel more in control of your future.
